Morgan Wallen Extends Reign With I’m the Problem as KPop Demon Hunters Soundtrack Surges

Morgan Wallen continues his chart dominance as I’m the Problem secures its eighth consecutive week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, tallying 151,000 equivalent album units. Despite a 12% dip, the album’s strong streaming numbers (over 188 million official on-demand streams) keep it atop the Top Streaming Albums chart as well.

This latest win brings Wallen’s cumulative No. 1 album weeks to 37, tying him with Drake and Harry Belafonte for fifth-most among male artists in Billboard 200 history. Only legends like Elvis Presley and Garth Brooks have more.

Meanwhile, the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack continues its surprising ascent, rising to No. 2 with 75,000 units. Its 96 million streams mark the biggest third-week streaming total for a soundtrack in over three years, reflecting the project’s viral success across Netflix and social media.

Toby Keith’s 35 Biggest Hits vaults from No. 43 to No. 9 following a 56% post-Independence Day streaming surge, driven largely by patriotic favorite “Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.”

With Wallen’s past albums also climbing the chart and artists like SZA, Bad Bunny, and Sabrina Carpenter holding strong, the summer music season is heating up across genres — and streaming remains king.
