Monday Morning’s Music Headlines

It’s Monday so let’s see what we can do to put a smile on your face before that first meeting of the day, or that carpool to soccer practice.

If you’re a Foreigner fan you’ll be pleased to learn that the band will return from Europe in a few weeks with intentions to bring back a few of the original members; Lou Gramm has been rumored to be in the lineup at some point, as will Bassist Rick Wills, a member from the 1979-92 years.

Although Fleetwood Mac did not tour as a group this summer (Stevie is on her own, Lindsey and Christine are touring together) the members of the ‘Mac’ announced that they will indeed join forces in 2018 for an aggressive tour schedule.

Toto is celebrating a 40th anniversary this year with the release of a compilation LP and tour called ‘40 Trips around the Sun Tour,’ to begin in Europe in February 2018.

The Movie ‘The Book of Henry’ is out with a tune from Stevie Nicks called “Your Hand I Will Never Let It Go,” written by Ryan Miller for the film.

Keith Richards and Brian Jones once had the same girlfriend (at separate times of course) her name was Anita Pallenberg, an actress and model. Sadly we report that she passed away a few days ago at the age of 73.
