Country music fans are in for a treat this week as two of the genre’s biggest voices—Miranda Lambert and Chris Stapleton—join forces for a highly anticipated new track titled “A Song to Sing.”
Announced Monday, July 7 via Instagram, the surprise collaboration has already ignited excitement online. While the duo has kept most details under wraps, they shared the vibrant cover art: a heart-shaped disco ball glowing against a warm, retro-inspired backdrop.
The song officially drops Friday, July 11, and fans are already calling it “the collab of the year.”
With Lambert’s fierce storytelling and Stapleton’s soulful grit, expectations are sky-high. Social media has exploded with enthusiasm—“Omg good morning to everyone with immaculate taste in music,” one fan wrote. Another added, “This is about to be a BUMPER!”
Though this is their first official duet, both artists are no strangers to topping charts and earning accolades. “A Song to Sing” could easily become a defining moment for country music in 2025.
