Many of musicians deal with depression and ultimately take their own lives. It’s extremely unfortunate, but something many rockers are hoping to change. Metallica is one of those rock bands doing whatever they can to get the word out that there is help and that these people are not alone.
Sunday, September 10 was World Suicide Prevention Day and on that day Metallica took part in the “I’m Listening” campaign brought to us by Entercom. During a two-hour special, they along with many others like Logic, Bleachers, David Draiman of Disturbed, Khalid and Krist Novoselic.
What a great move these musicians made by joining in on this cause and partaking in this campaign.
