Megan Thee Stallion Graduates From College

“Hotties you can watch me graduate today,” rapper Megan Thee Stallion wrote to her combined 34 million Twitter and Instagram followers, along with a streaming link to her Texas Southern University graduation.

The three-time Grammy winner graduated over the weekend with a bachelor of science degree in health administration, a long-term goal of hers in addition to her successful music career.

“I want y’all to remember that you can do whatever you wanna do and be whoever you wanna be, cause look at me!” she told fans and followers leading up to her walk across the stage.

Back in 2020, Megan credited her mother, who died in March 2019 after suffering from brain cancer, for her dedication to higher education. “I want to get my degree because I really want my mom to be proud,” she had said.

“I really wanted to be an administrator over a hospital, but I knew I still wanted to be Megan Thee Stallion. I was like, ‘What can I do?'” Megan explained. “I was like, ‘You know what, I’m gonna open an assisted-living facility and use the money that I make from rapping to open it. Then I’m gonna let my classmates run it.”
