Mary J. Blige Set to Release New Album and Embark on ‘For My Fans’ Tour in 2024

Mary J. Blige is gearing up for an exciting 2024, with a new album and tour on the horizon. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul revealed on Sherri Monday (Sept. 23) that her highly anticipated 15th studio album, titled Gratitude, will drop on Nov. 15, just in time for the holidays.

“I’m in a constant state of gratitude right now,” Mary shared. “I feel good, I’m healthy, my family’s healthy, and I have amazing fans. This album reflects where I am in life.”

Along with new music, Blige also announced the For My Fans tour, set to kick off in January 2024. Featuring R&B powerhouses Ne-Yo and Mario as special guests, the North American tour will hit cities like Atlanta, Los Angeles, New York City, Houston, Chicago, and more. “If you’re a Mary J. Blige fan, this tour is for you,” she said during her Sherri appearance.

Fans can register for the pre-sale on Ticketmaster starting Oct. 1. Full dates and venues are yet to be announced.

Blige’s year will also be marked by a significant honor: on Oct. 19, she will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as part of the 2024 class.
