Lions, Cowboys and Steelers Victorious on Thanksgiving Day

This Thanksgiving day was filled with food, fun, family and football. The four “f’s” of Thursday were great and if you’re a fan of the Lions, Cowboys and Steelers then you really enjoyed this holiday.

The Lions started it all off like they always do, with a comeback win. In all 11 games of their season they have been losing in the fourth quarter of the game and this was the case on Thursday. After being down 13-10 early in the fourth quarter, it was two Matt Prater field goals that led them to victory. The Lions are now the leader in the NFC North.

The Dallas Cowboys had the game in hand for basically the entire game, but the Redskins made it tight in the end. The Skins missed multiple field goals in what ended up being a tight game, so the loss will definitely be tough to grasp for them. Ezekiel Elliot was a star in this one while Kirk Cousins and Jordan Reed were huge for the Redskins.

The Pittsburgh Steelers won big as the Indianapolis Colts never really had a chance with starter Andrew Luck out. Antonio Brown caught three touchdown passes while Le’Veon Bell ran for 100 rushing yards in the Thanksgiving night cap.
