Linkin Park has decided they are releasing a previously unreleased single that has the voice of Chester Bennington on the track. Bennington passed away due to suicide at the age of 41 years old on July 20th, 2017. The track will be titled “Lost,” and was initially teased via a series of cryptic messages shared by the band’s social media pages. It is set for release on Friday.
For the band’s official announcement, they shared an 18 second long video on their social media platforms. In the video, a man wearing a gas mask can be seen spray painting the camera black as “New Linkin Park Music” appears in the middle of the screen.
