According to hiphopdx.com, Lil Durk needed a trip to the hospital after an explosion that took place on stage during his set at Lollapalooza on Saturday, July 3oth, that has the rapper taking some time off from performing. On July 31st, Durk updated his 14 million Instagram followers via a photo of himself on a hospital bed with his eye patched up, alongside a statement saying, “Due to the incident that happened at Lollapalooza in Chicago on stage, I’ma take a break & focus on my health, I finished my performance yesterday for my fans. Appreciate y’all.” It appears that Lil Durk has received a minor injury after casually walking across the stage, when two onstage explosions occurred mid -set, flooding his eyes with smoke, Durk used his shirt in an attempt to make the stinging stop, and was on the mic again just a few seconds later.
