Home is where the heart is, and for Nashville transplamt, Lewis Brice, that means returning home to South Carolina to shoot his music video for his new single ‘Blessed’.
The video for “Blessed” features the younger brother sifting through family photo albums and later belting the song’s poignant lyrics in an open field.
“‘Blessed’ is a family song to me,” says Brice, who penned the piano ballad with Nick Norman and Ben Simonetti. “It was inspired by when I was away from home for the first time during Thanksgiving. It was actually a picture of my brother and his family that set off that feeling for me. Being able to capture the moment of singing a song about our family together made total sense to me, and I think it really rounds it out.”
