Lady Gaga’s former New York City penthouse is officially available for rent at $35,000 per month. It offers views of Central Park and the surrounding Midtown area, and includes 1985 square feet, and is a two story property.
The first floor of the penthouse has two private balconies with the second floor offering two extensive decks with landscaping installed by Gaga while she lived there. The two bedroom, two bathroom duplex was also feature din her 2017 documentary, Gaga: Five Foot Two, and is listed for rent via Merav Shalhon of Essential New York Real Estate.
Shalhon says of the listing, “Central Park is visible from every room of the unit and you can see the entire park from end to end, The views are breathtaking and must be seen in person to really appreciate. Pictures are not enough to capture the beauty.”
The dining room has direct access to one of the balconies and also leads into the living area. While in the kitchen, granite countertops and white brick detailing line the walls. Up the staircase, attached to the primary bedroom, is the white marble bathroom, featuring a soaking tub and a direct path into the walk in closet. The primary bedroom also has access to both terraces and the separate “doggy area” that includes a decorative fire hydrant Gaga installed for her dogs.
