Kodak Black Wants Police To Return Both His Money and Car That Were Seized During Florida Arrest

According to hiphopdx.com, Kodak Black wants both the money and car that were seized during his Florida arrest just last month. Legal documents that were obtained by TMZ report that he is seeking a judge to rule for the officers that arrested him to return a Dodge Durango as well as $74,960 that was taken during a drug arrest that occurred on July 15th. Bradford Cohen Kodak’s attorney claims he can prove the car wasn’t used for illegal activities and that Kodak is often paid in cash for his musical gigs and that is why he had such a large sum of money on his person. Despite being pardoned by Trump in 2021, Kodak is still on a supervised released until 2024 that requires him to avoid drugs and obey all laws. With the latest charges the rapper may see more jail time.
