Knicks Defeat Lakers, Trailblazers Beat Nuggets

On Tuesday night, the New York Knicks defeated the Los Angeles Lakers, 106-100. The Lakers were without LeBron James last night, which was a major reason for the loss. Evan Fournier led the Knicks to victory with 26 points. Veteran power-forward Julius Randale of the Knicks also led the game with 16 rebounds and 5 assists.

The season seems to be heading in the right direction for the Portland Trailblazers after winning their fourth game in a row Tuesday night, 119-100, against the Denver Nuggets. Star point guard Damien Lillard appears to be breaking out of his early-season slump for the Blazers, as he scored 25 points and had five assists.
