Khloé Kardashian announces New Protein Chips to go along with her Protein Popcorn

There’s another protein-packed snack about to hit grocery store shelves, and it comes courtesy of a Kardashian. As Food & Wine reports, earlier this month Khloé Kardashian announced the first cross-category launch from her food brand Khloud: the new Khloud Protein Chips.

With seven grams of protein per serving, the chips expand Khloud’s existing line of protein popcorn, which Kardashian introduced as her first consumer packaged snack last year. Khloud Protein Chips are entering a fiercely competitive market as dozens of brands are vying to translate protein into any format possible — even sparkling water — but the three bold, trending flavors this snack is launching with might help set it apart.

Made from whole-grain, non-GMO corn, Khloud Protein Chips are available in Sweet Heat, Buffalo, and Nacho flavors. Like many other products in the snack aisle, they are essentially flavored tortilla chips, but the Sweet Heat and Buffalo options show Khloud is keeping up with current flavor trends.
