Jasveen Sangha—the so-called “Ketamine Queen”—is poised to formally plead guilty to five federal charges, including the distribution of ketamine that led to the tragic death of actor Matthew Perry in October 2023. She became the third dealer-figure in the case to do so, leaving two more individuals still facing trial.
According to her agreement with federal prosecutors, Sangha admitted to maintaining a drug-involved premises and distributing ketamine—including the lethal dose administered to Perry. Her North Hollywood home, referred to in the indictment as a “stash house,” served as a hub for supplying the drug.
Sangha’s role extends beyond Perry’s case: she also admitted to selling ketamine to another man in 2019—Cody McLaury—who died hours later of an overdose.
Prosecutors highlight that she portrayed herself as a high-end dealer to celebrities, but chose profit over life.
Sangha’s sentencing could mean decades behind bars, with maximum penalties including 20 years for operating a drug premises, 10 years for each distribution count, and 15 years for distribution resulting in death.
