Kelsea Ballerini is singing the praises of both her favorite energy drink — and one of her favorite collaborators. The country-pop star recently opened up about her friendship with Noah Kahan and their special performance together at CMA Fest 2025.
“I adore Noah,” Ballerini told PEOPLE, reflecting on their growing bond beyond music. The duo, who first teamed up on the 2024 hit “Cowboys Cry Too,” reunited on stage at Nashville’s Nissan Stadium, delighting fans with their heartfelt duet and a surprise rendition of Kahan’s viral hit “Stick Season.”
Despite the rain cutting her set short, Ballerini made sure Kahan, who had never played a football stadium, had his moment. “He came all the way down here with his friends and family. We had to do ‘Stick Season,’” she shared.
Ballerini also credited her “Kelsius” — a nod to her new role as a Celsius ambassador — for getting her through the late-night performance. But it was Kahan’s easygoing energy that really fueled her spirit.
“He’s just a good human,” she said. “A joy to be on stage with, and someone I’m proud to call a friend.”
