On April 3 you now have a reason to watch the 51st Annual ACM Awards. We realize you probably aren’t the biggest country fan, but this country music award show will feature one of the great pop singers of recent years in a fun and new collaboration. We’re talking about Katy Perry teaming up with Dolly Parton to form a great collaboration of beautiful sounds.
Katy Perry isn’t new to collaborating with country stars, as she did so on “Crossroads” with Kacey Musgraves back in 2014.
For those who don’t pay close attention to country music, the award show will be hosted by Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley. Other big names set to perform include Carrie Underwood, Chris Stapleton, Jason Aldean, and Kelsea Ballerini among a few others.
