KANSAS: Celebrating Half a Century of Rock with a Homecoming Concert

The legendary rock band KANSAS, renowned for their significant contribution to the classic rock genre, is bringing their monumental 50th Anniversary Tour – Another Fork in the Road, back to where it all began. To the delight of fans, the band has announced a special performance in Topeka, Kansas, marking a poignant return to their roots on Friday, October 4, 2024, at the Topeka Performing Arts Center.

With a lineup that boasts the talents of Phil Ehart (drums and percussion), Billy Greer (bass and vocals), Tom Brislin (keyboards), Ronnie Platt (vocals and keyboard), Joe Deninzon (violin and guitar), and Richard Williams (guitar), KANSAS continues to mesmerize audiences with their impeccable musicianship and timeless sound.

Emerging from Topeka in 1974 with their self-titled debut album, KANSAS quickly ascended to rock royalty, etching their name into the annals of music history. Their anthemic tracks, “Carry On Wayward Son” and “Dust in the Wind,” have become staples of classic rock, echoing through the airwaves and capturing the hearts of generations.
