Justin Bieber’s recent Denver concert was forced to a halt after an electrical fire at the Ball Arena venue caused an unexpected power outage during the singer’s performance of “Yummy.”
According to videos and anecdotes from the evening, the stage lights, video monitors, sound equipment, lasers, and other special effects went out. Only the pyrotechnics continued to work.
Bieber and his stage band stopped performing to allow technicians to fix the issue, which took about 15 minutes.
Not even a fire or lack of fancy lighting can stop Justin Bieber, as the singer continued on with his show even with some tech issues still present.
“Thank you for your patience,” Bieber told his crowd after providing a brief update about his wife Hailey Bieber’s health improvement after she was hospitalized with a blood clot. “Sometimes life throws you a curveball, not much you can do about it.”
