Judging and Honoring Jon Bon Jovi

The best way to judge a civilization or person is to bear witness to their actions for someone that can’t do anything for that person. In those terms, we easily judge and honor Jon Bon Jovi for his latest random act of kindness.

Rosie Skripkunis is the daughter of Carol Cesario, whose been battling lung cancer in a New Jersey Hospital, holding on for dear life. Carol has been a lifelong fan of Jon, which inspired Rosie the devoted daughter to go to social networks to beseech Jon to meet her mom.

Here’s how this all played out… Rosie told her mom that she would be getting a free meal from Bon Jovi’s Toms River restaurant. During the meal, Jon stood behind her, and after a period of time Carol noticed Jon just a few feet away. “OMG” she screamed, clinging to her hero as they embraced.

The women were treated to a private session of music that is new and about to be published after the meal. Jon also gave Carol an autographed guitar and kiss in the cheek, along with his well wishes.
