John Stamos Draws a Line in the Sand: Loyalty Wins Over Rumored Triangle

During a recent appearance on The Good Guys podcast, John Stamos delivered a blunt response when asked if he’d ever leave his wife Caitlin McHugh for his longtime friend and former colleague Lori Loughlin: “No f—ing way!”

Stamos opened up about their decades-long friendship, noting there was a “very small window” when both he and Loughlin were single, but he emphasized their relationship was always platonic. He affectionately recalled Loughlin as “too nice for me” during his wilder years.

Amid the conversation, Stamos also addressed Loughlin’s recent separation from Mossimo Giannulli after 28 years of marriage. He expressed deep sorrow for his co-star, calling her “a good person, a good mother, a good wife” and strongly criticized Giannulli, calling him a “terrible narcissist.”

Despite his playful acknowledgment of rumors—he even brought up a possible Disneyland make-out that may or may not have happened—Stamos reaffirmed his commitment to McHugh and mocked the idea of a romantic turn with Loughlin: “I’m not Mormon. Do you do that with your wife? Are you a swinger?” he joked.

In short, Stamos made it clear: loyalty and integrity stand above tabloid speculation—once again proving Jesse Katsopolis still knows how to steer his own ship.
