Jimmie Johnson Takes Home 83rd Victory

How about a big shout out to driver and soon to be hall of famer Jimmie Johnson, earning the checkered flag in Dover. With his victory, Jimmie tied his hero, NASCAR Hall of Famer Cale Yarborough for that spot on the all-time win list.

Jimmie was thrilled to have reached this level of success we’re sure and is now just one race away from passing the star driver from year’s ago.

Sitting atop the standings are Jimmie, followed by Martin Truex Jr., Brad Keselowski, Kyle Larson and Joey Logano. Coming up this Sunday will be the scenic the Pocono 400 where Chris Buescher will be defending his 2016 victory, followed by the FireKeepers Casino 400 at Michigan International Speedway June 18th Father Day.
