James Bond and the Songs That Came From the Movies

James Bond, the sexy and rugged British Spy, was created in 1953 by writer Ian Fleming and has endured for over 60 years. The franchise of James Bond has been wildly popular, as has the music found within the movie or at the credits. The latest guns, the gadgets, the men who played James Bond, and the sound of James Bond have entertained audiences worldwide.

Here are a few of the songs you’ll remember from the many years of James Bond films…

“Writing’s on the Wall” performed by Sam Smith is a powerful song of passion. The franchise captured a rising star just as the movie hit the theatres.

“Skyfall” is a wonderful song from Adele that showcases her incredible talents while getting Bond fans to hear this hot artist.

“Live And Let Die” by Paul McCartney & Wings from the Bond Film of the same name in 1973 still brings goosebumps to those that hear it.

80s Scottish star Sheena Easton sang ‘For Your Eyes Only,’ and we fell in love with her. We also liked her in Miami Vice as Crockett’s wife for a few episodes.
