Jackson Browne proved early on that he would be a force to be reckoned with, helping create the ‘Folk Rock’ sound that opened doors for the Eagles, Linda Ronstadt and others. His first album entitled ‘Jackson Browne,’ released in 1972, contained the hits “Doctor My Eyes” and “Rock Me On The Water,” and it’s been full speed ahead ever since. Here are three little known Jackson Browne fun facts; he was born in Germany (his dad a military man), “Take it Easy” the Eagles smash was written by him and Glenn Frey, and he’s a member of the Rock and Roll and Songwriters Halls of Fame.
