Every week Mediabase releases their top 10 songs for each genre, so you know what time it is. Let’s take a look at what the spins are telling us this week…
Imagine Dragons has been no stranger to the top 10, and this week they’re back in it at the number 10 spot. Their song “Roots” isn’t number one like Twenty One Pilots’ “Stressed Out,” but maybe we’ll see it make it their in February.
Cage the Elephant and Coldplay both had impressive weeks, but both remain at the second and third positions. Vance Joy and Cold War Kids swap positions, resulting in Joy’s “Fire and The Flood” reaching number four while Cold War Kids’ “First” falls to five.
The Silversun Pickups and Nothing But Thieves maintain their last week positions at six and seven, while Foals and “Mountain At My Gates” moves from nine to ten. The X Ambassadors rounded up the rear last week, but move from 10 to nine this week.
