Veteran comedian Kevin Meaney has unexpectedly died at the age of 60 in Forestburgh, New York. His family found him unresponsive over the weekend. Kevin made “that’s not right” his verbal punch line in his act. Unfortunately, he’s not the only one that has passed away recently.
Celia Hart, wife of James Earl Jones, has passed away at the age of 68. Gary Durbin, child actor on the TV series ‘The Partridge Family’ also passed away recently at 57. Finally, the man who wrote the radio and TV jingle for the Oscar Mayer Wiener song, Richard Trentlage, has died at the age of 87.
Leonardo DiCaprio has been signed to play the music mogul Sam Phillips, the man who discovered, shaped, and guided southern musicals icons Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis.
Unless legislative action is taken, AT&T has agreed to terms to purchase Time Warner. The move will give AT&T customers massive opportunities to content and choices. This acquisition is expected to be one of the biggest in business history.
