Michael Jackson’s estate is suing ABC over a copyright infringement issue, a legal action filed this week. The crux of the complaint is that ABC has used his songs and videos without permission in the March 2018 “The Last Days of Michael Jackson,” TV special.

Sylvester Stallone was at the White House earlier in the week to help celebrate the Presidential pardon of early 1900s Jack Johnson, the first African-American heavyweight champion who was arrested and convicted of a crime in 1913 that was racially motivated.
