Jaylon Smith and Myles Jack came into their bowl games this past college football season both looking like top 10 picks in the NFL draft. Both had superstar careers at their respective schools and are more than deserving of a top 10 pick. Unfortunately for Smith, he tore his ACL against Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl and now he’s being questioned as to when he’ll be able to play next.
Many doctors are suspecting that he has pretty serious nerve damage and won’t be able to play the entire 2016 season. That news officially broke on Monday just when news of Myles Jack’s news concerning his knee popped up. He tore his knee up in the past and an anonymous source came out to say that he could be able to play 10 years or he might experience another injury after 10 games.
This is terrible news for two young men trying to make it big in the NFL, but we suspect no matter where these two go, they’ll be able to make the most of the hand their dealt.
