NBC ‘Today’ star Matt Lauer has finally spoken out about his firing and damage down to various women who have accused him of harassment. He apologized profusely for his actions in a well-worded statement this week, saying he was embarrassed and ashamed.

Connie Sawyer, one of America’s oldest persona and Hollywood’s oldest working actress, celebrated her 105th birthday this week. She was a star in the films ‘Pineapple Express,’ ‘When Harry Met Sally,’ and ‘Dumb and Dumber.’ No word on whether she’s looking at any current scripts.

A few terrific movies open this weekend, including ‘Wonder Wheel’ starring Justin Timberlake and Kate Winslet. The film takes us back to 50 years of Coney Island memories.

We know that Meghan Markle is engaged to Prince Harry of Great Britain, the wedding is planned for spring of 2018 at Windsor Castle. She’s confirmed that she will leave the USA television series Suits when season seven ends.
