Harry Styles puts his Money where his Fashion Taste is

Harry Styles is officially a fashion investor. At Steven Stokey-Daley’s fall show during Pitti Uomo last week, the British designer announced the global music star’s involvement in his eponymous brand, S.S. Daley.

According to Fashionista, Styles’ investment comes after his longtime stylist Harry Lambert introduced the star to the brand, resulting in various appearances throughout Styles’ many statement-making outfits — most notably in the singer’s 2020 music video for “Golden.”

As reported by WWD, Stokey-Daley closed out his showing by sharing the news, saying, “Harry and I have a shared vision for the future of S.S. Daley, and we look forward to this new chapter together as we focus on brand longevity and scaling the business into a modern British heritage house.”

Though no details of the deal’s financial terms have been released, S.S. Daley shared in a statement that Styles’ acquisition of a minority stake in the company will contribute to its plans for a “sustainable and long-term expansion.”

The 26-year-old designer Steven Stokey-Daley was announced in Oct. 2023 as Guest Designer for Pitti Immagine Uomo 105 — one of the leading platforms for menswear designers held twice a year in Florence. In a statement at the time, Francesca Tacconi, Special Events Coordinator at Pitti Immagine said of the eclectic designer, “Steven Stokey-Daley transforms the British Upper Class into a Queer fashion fantasy.”

In 2022, Stokey-Daley won the LVMH Prize for Young Designers, putting him on the radars of stars and stylists alike.
