BlóthR the Berserker Teases Carnage
BlóthR the Berserker, GWAR’s vocalist, gave fans a glimpse of the chaos to come:

“GWAR have been rewriting the rules of live music for 40 years. We just keep getting sicker and sicker, and we will NOT die! We can’t—we’re freaking immortal, and this anniversary tour is some of the sickest stuff we’ve ever come up with! Cum see it. You’re gonna shit.”

GWAR: 40 Years of Mayhem
Formed in Richmond, Virginia, in 1985, GWAR has built an enduring legacy as one of music’s most outrageous and visually shocking acts. Known for their barbaric costumes, satirical lyrics, and blood-soaked stage shows, they pushed boundaries with their seminal album ‘Scumdogs of the Universe’ (1990), which cemented their place in metal history.

In recent years, GWAR has expanded into merchandise empires with beer, whiskey, coffee, CBD, and skateboards, proving their cultural relevance beyond the stage. Their live performances—equal parts theater and massacre—continue to attract legions of loyal fans who come prepared to get drenched in fake blood and slime.

A Brutal Future Awaits
As GWAR approaches their 40th anniversary, fans can expect new music, special merch drops, and unparalleled live experiences. Whether you’re a longtime Scumdog devotee or a first-time recruit, the “Machines Vs. Monsters” tour promises to be a celebration of chaos, spectacle, and unrelenting metal.
