That is exactly what has happened with the Indian-Chinese fusion food, which took root years ago and has now a morphed into separate cuisine of its own. Ohanna’s “Great Thaal of China” seeks to combine the best dishes from across the entire the Indian-Chinese food realm, resulting in a formidable-looking array of dishes served on one huge steel platter in the style of the Indian thali.
Foodies will delight at the Chicken Lollipop, Crispy Chicken, Chicken in Hunan Sauce, Butter Garlic Chicken, all served along with rice or noodles and accompanied with a number of gravy and dry dishes. And vegetarians need not worry, for the platter also contains options like Vegetarian Manchurian, Kung Pao Paneer, Paneer Black Pepper, Honey Chilli Potatoes, and Spring Rolls. It is a dish even the most devout Chinese food lover won’t be able to finish alone.
