Gluten-Free Goldfish are Coming to Store Shelves Soon

This year, there’s something other than Pumpkin Spice to look forward to this Fall. Goldfish is shaking up store shelves with a long-requested new snack.

As Delish reports, the beloved snack brand is finally launching Goldfish Gluten Free cheese crackers, one of its most requested products in company history. After years of fan feedback, the gluten-free snack will hit shelves nationwide this November.

The new crackers will be sold in 5-ounce boxes for a suggested retail price of $4.99. The company says they’re made with 100 percent real cheddar cheese and the same commitment to quality ingredients that families have trusted for generations.

And while this new release may not change your life, it could be a very big deal for people who have been missing Goldfish due to a gluten-intolerance for years.

One social media influencer who has speculated about the gluten-free launch said, “This just might be the happiest day of my life if gluten-free Goldfish come out.” Others had a similar reaction. “I would be THRILLED if this is true!” one person wrote. Another fan shared, “I haven’t had a goldfish cracker in 15 years.”

Goldfish is following in the footsteps of fellow cheesy snack cracker brand Cheez-It, which launched a gluten-free version earlier this year. Hopefully, Goldfish fans will find this one just as worth the wait.
