Frances Bean Cobain released a performance clip of another new song, as she continued to slowly tease her work on a career in music. The daughter of Nirvana icon Kurt Cobain has teased a handful of compositions before, replying, “Oh yes” when asked if she had any plans to share more music.
The lyrics reference love, death and being trapped, one lyric reads “Damn near killed me, damn near killed myself” and the refrain “Don’t you think you ought to let me go.” Cobain added in the caption, “If I could keep the raspiness in my voice from being sick without getting sick… I would.” Cobain added.
