In 2015, Ray Manzarek, band member for The Doors, passed and many rockers have come together to put together a celebration event for him. One of those involved is the Rami Jafee of the Foo Fighters. He’ll be performing at The Fonda Theatre on Friday, Feb 12. Los Angeles, California will be rocking that night, commemorating a great and talented life that Manzarek lived.
Others performing at the event include Robert DeLeo of Stone Temple Pilots, two members of X (John Doe and Exene), and Stephen Perkins of Janes Addiction. This amazing event will give all proceeds to the Stand Up To Cancer campaign and tickets are on sale at www.axs.com.
The host of the event is DJ Jim Ladd.
