Phase 2 voting is now underway for the 2024 MLB All-Star Game presented by Mastercard, and the competition is fierce as fans cast their ballots to determine the All-Star starters. The highly anticipated matchups between young phenoms and superstar sluggers are the highlights of this year’s ballot.
In the American League, the showdown at shortstop features rising stars Gunnar Henderson of the Orioles and Bobby Witt Jr. of the Royals. Both players have captured the attention of fans with their impressive performances this season. Meanwhile, in the National League, the designated hitter spot sees a battle between two powerhouse hitters: Shohei Ohtani of the Angels and Kyle Schwarber of the Phillies.
These finalists are competing to join the Yankees’ Aaron Judge and the Phillies’ Bryce Harper, who have already secured their spots in the starting lineups for the Midsummer Classic on July 16 at Globe Life Field in Arlington. Judge and Harper clinched automatic starting bids by finishing as the top vote-getters in Phase 1 of the voting.
Phase 2 of voting is open until noon ET on Wednesday. Fans can cast their votes exclusively online and via mobile devices at MLB.com/vote, all 30 club websites, the MLB App, and the MLB Ballpark App. Voters may submit one ballot per day, with the voting limit resetting each day at midnight ET.
Make sure to have your say in who will take the field for the 2024 MLB All-Star Game and witness the excitement as baseball’s brightest stars go head-to-head.
