Ex-NFL Star Adrian Peterson Mad At Damar Hamlin’s Super Bowl Outfit

Damar Hamlin, safety of the Buffalo Bills appeared at Super Bowl LVII on Sunday to honor the medical professionals at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center that saved his life. Hamlin was also celebrated in Arizona at the NFL Honors and Super Bowl weekend. He suffered from a cardiac arrest on January 2nd, during a game and needed his heartbeat restored on the field, before being rushed to the hospital.

Most were happy to see Hamlin who wore a letterman style jacket with an apparent image of Jesus Christ on his left breast and a message on the right side that reads, “Without end or beginning there is no day and there is no night.” On the back it said “Eternal” with Jesus on the cross.

However, Adrian Peterson, had a problem with Hamlin’s jacket. Peterson wrote on Instagram, “You should be thanking God son! This is Blasphemy!! We all fall short but cmon man! I find this disrespectful!! But this was different! I know young people don’t think at times, older as well! But with everything surrounding his situation!! This isn’t one of those moments where it’s a young guy not thinking!”

The designer of the jacket was Takashi Murakami, and its apparent cost was $3,150.
