Ed Sheeran’s Global Fan Collaboration: Unveiling ‘Autumn Variations’ Music Videos

Ed Sheeran’s latest album, “Autumn Variations,” is taking a unique turn with the release of 14 new music videos, each a testament to the creativity of his global fan base, known as ‘Sheerios’. This initiative is the result of a worldwide competition that saw over 4,000 entries from 75 countries.

Sheeran has personally selected the winning submissions from 14 diverse nations including Ireland, the UK, Australia, and Brazil. The project aligns with his vision of crafting an album “for the fans and by the fans,” highlighting their artistry.

The rollout began with videos for “Midnight” by Japan’s Meg Igarashi, “That’s On Me” from Brazil’s Beatriz Santamaria Pinha, and “American Town” by Michael Lamhang of the USA. Sheeran’s involvement in this project is a celebration of the diverse interpretations of his music by fans worldwide.

These videos, set to be released on YouTube in the coming weeks, underscore Sheeran’s gratitude towards his fans’ contributions, making “Autumn Variations” a unique collaborative endeavor.

Following the success of “The Mathematics Tour,” Sheeran is now preparing for his 2024 Asia tour, continuing his streak of record-breaking performances. This innovative project further cements Sheeran’s connection with his global audience, showcasing the universal appeal of his music.
