Dunkin’ Is Going All Out for Halloween With New Drinks, Munchkins, and Costumes

Dunkin’ isn’t just ready for spooky season. It is embodying spooky season.

As Food & Wine reports, last week the coffee chain announced its plans to go all-out for Halloween with a month full of new food and beverage options, all inspired by the ghosts, goblins, and things that go bump in the night that scare us all fall long.

As Dunkin’ shared in a press release it also released its official DunKings Halloween costumes for $44.99, which come with a long-sleeve jersey top, pink bucket hat, and DunKings sunglasses. It’s also releasing its DunKids tracksuits, made famous in its Super Bowl ad, which mega-fans can buy both online and inside select Dunkin’ locations for $120 for the set or $60 for the jacket or pants. And those who want to make their house look just a little sweeter this season can also buy the Spider Donut Inflatables, available only on ShopDunkin.com.

But that’s not all. This is, after all, still a spot that sells edible items. So, on Wednesday, October 16, Dunkin’ is dropping an all-new Halloween menu, which includes a never-before-seen purple, Potion Macchiato, a “reimagined” Spider Donut, and Dunkin’s first-ever Halloween Munchkins Bucket, which comes with the new Munchkins covered with sprinkles.

As Dunkin’ explained, the Potion Macchiato is an “espresso layered with flavors of marshmallow ube and whole milk – all in a striking purple hue,” while the returning Spider Donut is “getting a makeover” with new purple frosting.

And finally, that Halloween Munchkins Bucket will be available for purchase with a 50-count order, which includes the Munchkins topped with seasonally appropriate chocolate and orange sprinkles. (Fans can also snag an empty bucket, which makes for an excellent trick-or-treat pail for $2.)

Lastly, Dunkin’ announced it’s collaborating with Homesick Candles once again to release Potion Macchiato and Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte candles. Both will be available on Homesick.com for $34.95 each starting October 22. That way, your entire house can smell like fall for a few more weeks too.
