Drake is making waves Down Under as he prepares for his first Australian tour in eight years, promising fans an unforgettable experience with his Anita Max Win Tour.
During a Drizzmas Giveaway stream with Kick streamer Adin Ross, the Canadian rap superstar expressed his love for Australia and reflected on his fond memories of the country.
“It’s Australia—it’s a beautiful place. I hope everybody gets a chance to see it. It is stunning, the people are incredible,” Drake said, reminiscing about enjoying white wine at Bondi Beach and marveling at the country’s natural beauty.
“Australia is one of the most incredible places on planet Earth. I’m so excited to be forward after eight years. I have a very, very special show for you.”
The Tour Details
Drake’s Anita Max Win Tour kicks off on February 4, 2025, at Perth’s RAC Arena and includes stops in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, and Auckland before wrapping up on March 1.
Originally announced with seven dates, overwhelming demand prompted the tour to expand to 13 shows, cementing Drake’s status as one of the most in-demand artists globally.
A Nod to Viral Fame
The tour’s quirky name—Anita Max Win—pays homage to Drake’s viral alter ego, which emerged during a December 2023 livestream. The moniker is a playful reference to gambling slang, underscoring Drake’s reputation for blending humor with headline-making moments.
