According to dirt.com, only a year after purchasing her home, Doja Cat is listing her Beverly Hills home for $2.5 million dollars, 300 thousand more then she bought if for in 2021. During that time, Doja Cat made a handful of improvement to the property, including installing a wooden gate that separates the driveway from the public road in front of the home. The property is also secured by cameras, and alarm systems. The star has already left the house, as the rooms now appear staged for selling purposes. On the main level of the house, the living, dining, family room area features a wall of glass, whitewashed walls and ceilings, and a midcentury-style fireplace. There is also a small, stylish kitchen with curved cabinets, and quartz countertops that have bar seating, and high end appliances. You can also find two guest bedrooms, along with a penthouse level master suite that takes up the entire second floor, featuring a large bedroom, wall closets, and a grey bathroom with a concrete bathtub installed. The backyard also has a plunge pool that is heated, and several built in seating areas within it, concrete decks, and olive tress throughout providing a relaxing place to wind down.
