According to billboard.com, two months ago Doja Cat had surgery on her tonsils, which had developed a potentially dangerous growth. Because of it she quit vaping and on August 24th took to Instagram to say, “I quit vaping. It’s day 70 of no vape, Are you proud of me? Day f—ing 70. No vaping.” She continued to express her feelings about quitting, “I would love to have a smoke. In the name of love, I would love to have a f—ing smoke, Motherf—er. I’m going to peel my f—ing skin off.” Ultimately, Doja Cat had to cancel her summer festival run as well as touring along with The Weeknd due to the procedures recovery time that was needed.
