Country music’s biggest night just got a serious shake-up. Leading the pack for the 59th CMA Awards are Ella Langley, Megan Moroney, and Lainey Wilson—each amassing a whopping six nominations across categories like Single, Song, Album, Female Vocalist, and Music Video of the Year.
Lainey Wilson stands out with nods for Entertainer of the Year, Single and Song of the Year for “4x4xU,” Album of the Year for Whirlwind, and more—cementing her as a force to be reckoned with.
Megan Moroney earns recognition for her heartfelt project Am I Okay?, landing nominations for Single, Album, Song, Music Video of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, and Musical Event of the Year. Ella Langley, in turn, shines with nods for her collaboration “You Look Like You Love Me” (Single, Song, Music Video) and also scores in New Artist, Female Vocalist, and Musical Event categories.
Other heavy hitters include Zach Top (five noms), and Riley Green and Cody Johnson (four each). The big five contenders for Entertainer of the Year are Wilson, Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton, and Morgan Wallen.
The 2025 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena on November 19, with the festivities broadcast on ABC and streaming on Hulu the next day.
