Boston fans have had a tough week with the Bruins losing to Tampa Bay and officially being out of the Stanley Cup Playoffs, but there is reason to be happy now! The Celtics beat the 76ers last night 114-112 on the backs of a complete team win. While Jaylen Smith did play his best last night, scoring 24 points, it was a team effort with six players scoring 13 points or more in the win.
The 76ers saw double-doubles from both Dario Saric and Joel Embiid, but those performances weren’t quite good enough to beat Boston. The Celtics wound up winning the series in five games, 4-1.
