The St. Louis Cardinals have had many questions to answer over the last year concerning the executive that hacked into a Houston Astros’ database. Well, now it is known that Christopher Correa will be severing 46 months in prison because of him pleading guilty to five counts of hacking. He was the former director of baseball development that got into trouble when he hacked into another team’s database.
Correa will be serving hard time for his wrongdoings and this will hopefully keep from others in sports from cheating. It’s crazy to think that a person deep within a team’s organization would do such a thing, but every team competes to their fullest each and every week. Anything one can gain from one another is worth knowing unfortunately.
