Cardi B has set the record straight on the rumors swirling around the name of her third child. On Sunday, Sept. 1, the “Enough” rapper, 31, responded to speculation after fans suggested they had uncovered her baby’s name.
A fan page on X shared an ultrasound image from Cardi’s Sept. 1 Instagram post, captioning it, “Cardi shares ultrasound pic of baby ‘Hurricane.'” Cardi quickly dismissed the claim with a humorous reply, “Who???” followed by crying emojis.
In her Instagram post, which featured three photos, Cardi expressed her excitement, writing, “I wanna meet my little boo boo soo bad already 🥺.” The first two images showed her proudly posing on a motorcycle, revealing her growing baby bump, while the third image was an ultrasound of her baby.
Cardi is already the proud mother of daughter Kulture Kiari, 6, and son Wave Set, who turns 3 on Sept. 4, both of whom she shares with estranged husband Offset. The rapper also has three other children from previous relationships.
Cardi announced her third pregnancy on social media on Aug. 1, coinciding with the day she filed for divorce from Offset after six years of marriage. Despite the recent split, the couple came together to celebrate Wave Set’s 3rd birthday with an airplane-themed party, sharing clips of the joyous occasion on their Instagram Stories.
