Bryan Adams and ‘Pretty Woman’ Sure to be a Broadway Hit

It’s not every day that a rocker gets to do more than rock, so Bryan Adams is pretty excited to be branching out with Broadway calling. Bryan was hired a few months ago to write the songs heard in the upcoming Broadway musical based on the Julia Roberts-Richard Gere ‘Pretty Woman’ film, and has strict instructions not use a group of words, i.e. ‘Hooker’ or ‘Dreams.’

He’s released “Anywhere But Here” and is still in the studio working on a new LP which is schedule to be released in early Spring in 2019.
Bryan Adams found himself in a completely different world this past week, as he was one of two witnesses addressing the 118th meeting of the ‘Remuneration Models for Artists and Creative’ in the House of Commons. Bryan spoke about current copyright laws, and in particular the fact that the estate of authors and composers who had their works transferred or assigned in copyright must wait 25 years after they die to get them back, a law he feels damages the artist.
