Jon Bon Jovi will enter the coveted Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year, and has enjoyed the last year touring the country under the moniker of ‘This House Is Not for Sale Tour’ supporting the album of the same name. Now we hear that Jon is actually selling one of his homes with a desirable New York address. Jon put his three-bedroom condo in Manhattan’s West Village on the market in June of last year; it finally sold for just under $16 million, although the final purchase price is not known.
Jon’s luxury 4,000-square-foot bi-level home contains three bedrooms, a 1,500-square-foot garden, and all the luxury you could want in a New York address; it also overlooks the Hudson River. Jon must have needed the quick sale, as he immediately dropped down $19 million for another Manhattan apartment a few days ago.
