Black Sabbath’s original lineup is set to reunite for a final performance on July 5, 2025, at Villa Park in Birmingham, England. This historic concert, titled “Back to the Beginning,” marks the first time in two decades that Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward will share the stage. The event aims to celebrate the band’s legacy and raise funds for charities including Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Acorn Children’s Hospice.
The concert boasts a star-studded lineup featuring Metallica, Slayer, Pantera, Gojira, Halestorm, Alice in Chains, Lamb of God, Anthrax, and Mastodon. Additionally, a supergroup comprising Slash, Billy Corgan, Jonathan Davis, Fred Durst, Wolfgang Van Halen, and Tom Morello—who also serves as the musical director—will perform.
