Bills Round Out Practice Squad with 16 Players, Including Veteran Returnee Jordan Poyer

The Buffalo Bills officially filled their practice squad ahead of the 2025 NFL season with a balanced mix of promising talent and seasoned veterans. The roster includes notables like QB Shane Buechele, RB Frank Gore Jr., WR Kristian Wilkerson, and OL Dan Feeney—all poised for key developmental roles. Teams can also add a 17th member in addition to the usual 16-player limit, thanks to the International Pathway Program; this year, that slot is occupied by offensive lineman Travis Clayton.

Adding experience to the mix, the Bills welcomed back All-Pro safety Jordan Poyer, who re-signed after a one-year stint with the Dolphins. His return brings both leadership and stability to Buffalo’s secondary.

Rounding out the group are familiar names such as DT Jordan Phillips and DT Zion Logue, along with players across all position groups—including Daequan Hardy, Dane Jackson, Jimmy Ciarlo, Sam Franklin, Keleki Latu, Stephen Gosnell, Kendrick Green, and Keonta Jenkins.

With this setup, the Bills signal a strategy focused on depth, flexibility, and mentorship. The mix of youthful potential and veteran savvy ensures a practice squad ready to contribute when needed.
